They interact with our customers and inform potential customers about the benefits of doing business with us. We don’t believe in calling our team a BDC. We have an inside sales center with sales professionals that sell appointments and following up for your store. We employ sales people with the proper sales strategies to set appointments that stick.
We believe in the efficiency of automation, but we also believe in talking to a friendly voice at the end of the line. We also don’t believe in outsourcing, that’s why we house our Inside Sales Center in our office with trained sales people that are dedicated to providing the best service to car buyers.
