IFMG’s Inside Sales Center is a personal and dedicated in-house team committed to getting you appointments that show.

Why do people call their phone team a Business Development Center or BDC? These are the folks that are at the virtual front door of our business. They interact with our customers and inform potential customers about the benefits of doing business with us. We don’t believe in calling our team a BDC. We have an inside sales center with sales professionals that sell appointments and following up for your store.
